Concordia in Montreal has an accredited Software Engineering program.

McGill also just got their program accredited this year
http://www.mcgill.ca/engineering/degrees/undergrad/software/
There are also 4 or 5 french universities in Quebec that have an accredited program. This seems to be a full list for Canada:

I thought most schools has this. In any case, my friend here at McGill is an Undergrad in Soft Eng.

Many Australian universities offer this degree. It is sometimes called Bachelor of Engineering (Software) or Bachelor of Software Engineering, but most often Bachelor of Engineering (Software Engineering). A partial list: Australian National University, Curtin University, Monash University, RMIT, University of Adelaide, University of Melbourne, University of New South Wales, University of Newcastle, University of Queensland, University of Sydney, University of Western Australia.
